Cranial-Sacral Therapy is also a form of energy work. Practitioners monitor the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid’s flow through the system to balance the life force energy within the body. Because the movable skull, sacrum and coccyx are attached to membranes encompassing the cerebrospinal fluid, experienced clinicians can detect any motion. Light, hands-on touch assists hydraulic forces to improve the body’s internal atmosphere; thus, strengthening its ability to heal itself. Cranial sacral therapy optimizes the rhythm of the spinal fluid and influences the whole body. It is relaxing, safe and effective; and cranial sacral therapy may heal or alleviate numerous conditions including migraines, chronic fatigue, motor coordination impairments, stress and tension, and orthopedic problems. After cranial sacral therapy is administered, a common state of relaxation occurs and improves mental performance as well. If you would like to feel energized, whole, happy and healthy, try cranial sacral therapy today.

Reiki (Ray-Key) – A method of natural healing based on the use of Universal Life Force Energy transmitted through the light touch of an attuned practitioner. The body is not only nourished by food, water and air but also by "Life Force Energy" that flows through and around it. If this flow is blocked due to thoughts, emotions or experiences, Reiki can help release the blockages. Therefore it encourages healing on physical, emotional and spiritual levels and may have benefits such as pain relief, stress reduction and emotional release. During the treatment you will most likely be in a deeply relaxed state. This will allow your body to tap into an unlimited supply of life force energy, which will have benefits on your health and state of well-being. GYROTONIC® exercise and Reiki complement each other on a physical and energetic level and are both essential for nurturing your mind and body.

Thai Yoga stimulates and balances the flow of healing energy within the body, opening the areas which are blocked bringing the person deeper into balance and harmony for health, happiness and wellness of being. Thai Yoga was born from the knowledge of Indian monks on Ayurveda, Yoga, and Buddhism; also from Thai and Chinese indigenous healing techniques.A powerful modality evolved, known as Nuad Bo' Rarn, which literally means ancient healing touch.

Thai yoga is based on the belief that energy – known as lom – runs throughout the body. During the session an extensive variety of techniques are used to balance this energy, as well as to mobilize the joints, and renew the physical and spiritual body resulting in deep relaxation and renewal. These techniques include reflexology, acupressure, plucking, compression work, therapeutic stretching, joint mobilization, and assisted yoga poses. To allow for ease of movement during the session, both the practitioner and receiver wear loose, comfortable clothes. All the work is done on a mat on the floor. This system creates a powerful release of stress and tension, an increase in vitality and well-being and it deepens the connection between mind, body and spirit.
