Gyrotonic® Pre-training:

Description: This pre-requisite course prepares you physically for the Gyrotonic Level I Foundation Course.

Gyrotonic® Level I Foundation Course:

Description: This course, once completed, qualifies you as a Gyrotonic apprentice.  You will learn how to execute and teach Level I Gyrotonic exercises.

12 days, 6 hours per day

Dates: February 9-12, 15-18, 21-24, 2010

Price: $1500 course fee + $500 studio fee

 

Gyrotonic® Supervised Apprentice Hours:

Description:  Once you have started to teach you will have many questions. This is your opportunity to review the Foundation Course and ask questions. This course is required prior to final certification. (6 days, 30 hours total)
